How did it all begin?
It was March 2020….
Forrest -- a software engineer/comedian (the perfect combo, right?) was stuck in his house quarantining along with the rest of the world. Itching to perform but having nowhere to go, he decided to create a space for creative folks to perform during quarantine and beyond. Working with his best-programmer-bud Ruben, they dreamed up the concept for aLiveShow.
A free app for performers and their fans to engage nightly. A place to test out new material and interact with others. And best of all… you don’t even have to put pants on.
As time went by and the world opened back up, aLiveShow evolved into a toolkit for all things comedy.
Free open mics, joke workshops, virtual shows, and livestream in-person shows… aLiveShow is your Comedy Toolkit.
